The Fazlani Aishabai & Haji Abdul Latif Charitable Trust is a registered charitable organization dedicated to the upliftment of humanity, particularly focusing on the welfare of underprivileged minorities and backward communities. Guided by the spirit of compassion and service, the Trust has been actively engaged for several years in initiatives aimed at social, educational, and medical advancement.

The Trust’s primary focus has been the promotion of education among the weaker sections of society, ensuring that quality education and opportunities for growth reach the most deserving. In addition, the Trust extends medical aid and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families in need.

Over the years, the Trust has supported and managed several educational institutions across Mumbai and Maharashtra, contributing significantly to the cause of literacy and empowerment. A key area of its work includes providing supplementary educational services to the Education Department of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), thereby strengthening the foundation of public education in the city.

About the Trust

MCGM School Support Program

One of the earliest and most cherished initiatives of the Trust, the MCGM School Support Program has significantly contributed to improving the quality of education for students from underprivileged sections of society. Through this collaboration with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), the Trust extends supplementary educational services to enhance teaching and learning outcomes in municipal schools across Mumbai.

Fazlani Institute of Vocational Education

As part of its mission toward holistic development and sustainable livelihoods, the Fazlani Institute of Vocational Education offers diverse vocational training programmes. These are designed to equip youth and women from marginalized communities with market-relevant skills, enabling them to achieve economic independence and dignity of labor.

Fazlani Aishabai College of Distance Education

Established in 2012 under the aegis of Aishabai College of Education, the Fazlani Aishabai College of Distance Education is affiliated with YCMOU. The Centre offers programs such as B.Com – English Medium, B.A – Urdu Medium, M.A in Education and D.S.M – English Medium. The college aims to make higher education accessible and flexible for learners from diverse backgrounds.

Counselling & Scholarship Department

The Counselling and Scholarship Department plays a pivotal role in supporting students’ academic, emotional, and professional growth. It facilitates scholarships, mentorship, and counselling services to create an inclusive and nurturing environment that empowers learners, educators, and families alike.

Jamila Arif Children’s Village (JACV)

The Jamila Arif Children’s Village is a registered home for boys and girls—built on the foundation of love, care, and holistic upbringing. It provides a nurturing environment where children receive education, healthcare, emotional support, and moral guidance to grow into responsible and confident individuals.

Fazlani International School (FINS)

Located between Lonavala and Pune at the Jamila Arif Children’s Village, Fazlani International School (FINS) was established in 2006 by Hon’ble Chairman Dr. Abdul Kader Fazlani. It is a co-educational English medium school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The school offers education from Pre-Primary to Grade XII and provides a balanced curriculum that combines academic excellence with moral and social values.

Hanifa School

Hanifa School, a co-educational CBSE-affiliated English Medium School, is situated on a lush green 4-acre campus, providing a pollution-free and serene learning environment. Catering to classes from Nursery to Grade XII, the school emphasizes holistic education—nurturing intellectual, emotional, and life skills to prepare students for the challenges of the future.

Medical Aid Program

Believing that good health is the foundation of empowerment, the Trust’s Medical Aid Program supports underprivileged individuals through timely medical assistance, treatment, and rehabilitation. Under the “Healthcare for All” initiative, the Trust has donated dialysis units, X-ray, ultrasonography, and other imaging equipment to healthcare centers and hospitals across Maharashtra. These facilities ensure access to quality healthcare services free of cost to the needy.

Other Project

Projects such as Water Relief Projects, Competitive Examination Coaching, IIT Entrance Coaching, Madrassa Modernisation Programme: Introduced English and computer education and facilitated mainstream integration through NIOS. Rehabilitation of the Homeless, Relief and Rehabilitation Work, Fatih Endowment Hostel Collaboration.
